Jeremy Bertrand (L) and his dad, Neal Bertrand (Rt) are holding their two popular cookbooks featuring meals that can be cooked in a rice cooker “Rice Cooker Meals: Fast Home Cooking for Busy People”. And a slow cooker, “Slow Cooker Meals: Easy Home Cooking for Busy People.”

They were giving samples of meals, including Blackeye Pea & Sausage Jambalaya cooked in a rice cooker, and Chicken Fajita Stuffed Potato and also Chocolate, both were made in a slow cooker (crockpot).
