The cookbook Down-Home Cajun Cooking Favorites was our second book. Our mission is to bring to the marketplace many
more books that will bring enjoyment and culinary pleasure to the world.

is our
latest cookbook. There are 60 meals that can be cooked in a simple rice cooker.
Neal Bertrand was born
and reared in Opelousas, Louisiana, in the heart of Cajun Country. He
has more than a decade of experience in the publishing business. He is the
